Identify the exact game

Record title, provider, version, launch time and operator domain. Save the help or paytable screen that applied during the session.

A similarly named game or later version may use different rules, so do not substitute another page's information.

Export the round

Save the round or transaction ID, timestamp, total stake, feature cost, result and credited return. Include the balance immediately before and after.

For a disconnect, note the last visible state and the first refreshed ledger state. The server-side round result should still be identifiable.

Reconcile rather than replay

Do not repeat the wager to see whether the issue happens again. Ask support to reproduce the named round and explain how the final balance was calculated.

If a bonus was active, attach the promotion ID separately from the game outcome so settlement and eligibility are not confused.

Close on a round-specific answer

A useful response references the submitted round and either confirms the ledger or supplies a correction transaction ID.

Keep the original export and final response together; screenshots without identifiers should be treated as supporting context only.
